Welcome to Reefing Havoc LLC! Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking your sailing charter with us. By booking a charter with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

No Return or Refund Policy:

• Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, there will be no returns or refunds for any reason.

Replacement Guest Policy:

• In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, we will make every effort to find a replacement guest to take over the cabin in question, provided that you give us at least 60 days’ notice prior to the scheduled departure date.
• We will attempt to find a replacement guest at the same price originally paid by you.

Adjustment of Cabin Cost:

• If we are unable to find a replacement guest within the specified notice period, we reserve the right to charge less than the original cost of the cabin to incentivize a prospective guest.
• Any losses from this action will be incurred by you.

Forfeiture of Refund:

• If we are unable to find a replacement guest within the specified notice period, you will forfeit your refund and will not be entitled to any compensation.

Changes and Cancellations by the Charter Agency:

• In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or make changes to your charter due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, boat availability, mechanical issues, we will offer you alternative arrangements or a refund at our discretion.

Liability:

• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during your sailing charter, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss.

Acceptance of Risk:

• Sailing involves inherent risks, and by booking a charter with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You agree to follow all safety protocols as defined by the Coast Guard. You agree to take responsibility for your own safety and well-being during the charter.

Reservation and Payment:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Amendments to Terms:

• We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
